Je privil\u00e9gie une <strong data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"607\">\u00e9coute active<\/strong>, des <strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"639\">\u00e9changes bienveillants<\/strong> et une posture de <strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"672\">neutralit\u00e9<\/strong>, afin d\u2019instaurer une relation de <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"729\">confiance mutuelle<\/strong>.
